Pan African students honour Kuje council chair

Kuje council chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Danladi Galadima has been honoured with a Pan African Exemplary Leadership Award by the West African Students Union Parliament (WASUP).
Receiving the award, the chairman commended the students for finding him worthy to be singled out amongst many, saying that the award was dedicated to the people of Kuje area council as they had made it possible for the award.
He reiterated that “there is more to be done even though the recession is biting hard, but our administration will do more in terms of infrastructure development even with the little allocation we receive to provide the dividends of democracy in the area council.
On his part, the Speaker, West African Students Union Parliament (WASUP), Saint Solomon, and Deputy Clerk, Francisca Totti, said the award was for recognition of hard work and people friendly initiatives to spur better and greater leadership drive in Nigeria in particular and Africa in general.
High point of the event was the presentation of awards and medals of honour.
