Organisation seeks God’s intervention on nation’s security challenges

Modibbo Haruna Buhari Charity Organisation has called for special prayers among Nigerians for God’s intervention in order to end the nation’s security challenges.
Chairman of Board of Trustee (BoT) of the organisation, Mr. Modibo Suleiman, made the call while speaking with newsmen in Masaka, Karu local government area of neighbouring Nasarawa state.
He urged Nigerians to pray for the safe release and return of the abducted Dapchi school girls and other Nigerians “who are still in the Boko Haram captivity to regain freedom.”
Suleiman also called on Nigerians to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s efforts in tackling security challenges in order to boost the socio-economic development of the country.
He said “fervently prayers among Nigerians would go in a long way in ensuring successful operation by the military and other security agencies to ensure the rescue of the abducted girls.”
The chairman, however, appealed to the religious leaders and other Nigerians to offer special prayers for God’s intervention for an end to kidnapping, terrorism, frequent farmers and herdsmen crisis and other security challenges in the country.
He, therefore, called on communities affected by insecurity and other Nigerians to provide useful information to the security agencies, adding that it would help in arresting trouble-makers “so as to complement government’s efforts in tackling the nation’s insecurity.”
