The outgoing Oyo state director of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Dr. Olukemi Afolayan, Monday, stated that the agency is making efforts to combat Ponzi schemes in the country.
He stated this in Ibadan while featuring on a Fresh FM, Ibadan programme “Situation Room.”
The outgoing Oyo state NOA director pointed out that in the agency’s efforts to combat Ponzi schemes, it would intensify focus on the promotion of value orientation.
She added that effort is being carried out through campaigns embarked upon by the agency such as ‘Say No to Get Rich Quick Menace.’
The NOA director stated the need for peaceful coexistence, tolerance, and care among citizens as necessary for national development.
