No Jigawa pilgrim died in hajj operation – Official

No single pilgrim from Jigawa state died of illness, accident or under any untidy circumstance during the 2018 hajj operations, Executive Secretary of Jigawa state Pilgrims Welfare Board (JPWB), Sani Alhassan Muhammad, has stated.
The official made the clarification while addressing the pilgrims at their hotel at Shahra Mansur opposite Bin Hassan Mosque in MaKiah.
He said this was possible through the prayers offered and good deeds carried out by the pilgrims before and during the hajj with a view to achieving the aims of the holy pilgrimage He said as contained in the obligatory and Sunnah part of hajj operation, the pilgrims needed to obey all the rules as stipulated by Allah and pray fervently for their problems to be solved.
Some of the pilgrims interviewed told this reporter that they were fully satisfied with the arrangements made by the state pilgrims board in terms of accommodation and feeding which make them comfortable and at home with the exercise.
Musa Suleiman from Birninkudu local government area of the state said, “in fact I feel at home during this year’s hajj operation because feeding and accommodation are the two most important in any hajj operation.
So they are been provided accordingly and at the right time for us”.
