NACHON committed to best service delivery – Arabi

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has said the agency is committed to delivering the best services to pilgrims.

NACON executive chairman, Malam Jalal Arabi, said this in his Eid-el-Kabir message Sunday in Makkah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Malam Arabi said the commission was making concerted efforts to improve on pilgrimage centrism in every humanly possible way.

He said: ”Despite the challenges encountered in the process of organising this onerous task which we know is invaluable to government, the pilgrims and other stakeholders, NAHCON remains committed to delivering the best services to all.

“To our pilgrims, our leaders, our clients and stakeholders, your unwavering support and constructive criticism drive us forward every day.

“As we continue this journey together, we know that success is not just about reaching the destination, but about what transpires within the journey itself,” he said.

Arabi added that the commission remained focused and resilient; motivated by the hope that greater reward awaited it if NAHCON got it right.

He congratulated the Nigerian pilgrims for witnessing this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, the most glorious day in Islam.

He said: “Today is Eid-el-Kabir when Muslims all over the world congratulate one another for witnessing the most glorious day in Islam, the day of Arafat when Muslims converge to worship the almighty in unison.”
