Masaka elders task youths on entrepreneurial skills

Youths have been urged to imbibe entrepreneurship skills due to the lack of white collar jobs in the face of dwindling oil prices.
Speaking on behalf of the elders during the host of youths in the area, the community leader of Angwan-Mission, Masaka, Karu local government area of Nasarawa state, William Yaji, said youths should strive to be employers of labour and not employees as they added value to the nation by cashing in on President Muhammadu Buhari’s change agenda.

According to the elders, the development of the country economy lies in the hands of the youths who possess the ability to influenced, very innovative, highly creative and possesses the ability to take risk.
The elders noted that Masaka, because of its closeness to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), is always besieged by youths from across the country “who are in search of greener pasture,” stressing that they needed to be well guided as white collar jobs were becoming more difficult to come by.
