Former President of the Senate, David Mark, has felicitated with the governor of Benue state, Dr. Samuel Ortom, on his 62nd birthday.
In a personally signed message, Senator Mark noted the momentous occasion and hoped that it is filled with joy, love, and celebration for Ortom.

Senator Mark wished Ortom good health, happiness, and continued success in all his future endeavours.
