The chairman of Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission (PCACC), Muhuyi Magaji Rimingado, Thursday, presented an award of excellence to Abba El-mustapha, the executive secretary of Kano State Censorship Board.
A statement issued by the information officer, Kano Censorship Board, Sani Abdullahi Sani Sulaiman, said the award, presented at the Kano state Anti-Corruption Institute, Aminu Kano Way, recognises Abba El-mustapha’s remarkable contributions to the fight against corruption in Kano state as an anti-corruption ambassador.
In his remarks, Rimingado commended Abba El-mustapha’s efforts in promoting transparency and accountability in the state.
Abba El-mustapha expressed his gratitude to the commission for considering him worthy of the award. He prayed to Almighty Allah to continue giving them the support, zeal, courage, and wisdom to fight against corruption everywhere, not only in Kano state but nationwide, as it undermines national economic development.
