Happening now: Heavy security as Gbajabiamila, Wike, others storm Supreme Court for presidential election judgement [PICTURES]

There is presence of heavy security personnel around the vicinity and adjoining roads leading to the Supreme Court, venue of the presidential election judgment.

Blueprint reports that from the Supreme Court junction down to the main auditorium, combined security men including the Police and the Department of State Security (DSS) manned the sections and only allowing duly accredited personalities and Journalists entrance into the courtroom.

Presently in the courtroom are the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Alhaji Umar Ganduje, Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike, National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, Labour Party National Chairman, Julius Abure, and others were already seated as at 8:23am.

Meanwhile, at about 9:22am, the Judges were already seated to commence its judgment delivery.

The Supreme Court had reserves6 judgment in Mr Peter Obi and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar’s petition against President Bola Tinubu.

Justice Inyang Okoro and six others reserved judgment in Atiku and Obi motion against Tinubu in the February 25, election.

Other Justices on the seven-man panel are Uwani Abaji, Lawal Garba, Ibrahim Saulawa, Adamu Jauro, Tijani Abubakar, and Emma Agim.

In its application, Atiku is seeking leave to file fresh evidence against President Bola Tinubu.
