Hajj 2025: Kano pilgrims’ board announces key updates for intending pilgrims 

 

The director general of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, Tuesday, announced important developments for this year’s intending pilgrims from the state.

He made the announcement upon resuming office after returning from the Holy Land as part of the ongoing preparations for the 2025 hajj exercise.

Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u said the board has finalised all necessary arrangements regarding accommodation. 

A two-storey building located in Shahri Mansur, very close to the Haram in Makkah, has been secured. 

The facility is expected to accommodate approximately 3,205 pilgrims.

In a statement issued by Public Relation office of the board, Sulaiman A. Dederi further disclosed that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with a reputable catering company to ensure the consistent and timely provision of meals to the pilgrims throughout their stay.
