Hajj 2024: NAHCON chair condoles with Kebbi over pilgrim’s death in Makkah

The Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Malam Jalal Ahmad Arabi, has condoled with the Kebbi state Pilgrims Welfare Board over the death of one of its pilgrims.

Hajiya Tawalkatu Busare Alako, popularly known as Maman Biyu, passed away on Saturday, 25th of May in Makkah.

Malam Arabi’s condolence message was delivered by the Makkah Office Coordinator, Dr. Aliyu Tanko to the Kebbi state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board officials led by Alhaji Garba Takware.

The NAHCON chairman in the message expressed his heartfelt sympathy to the family and the people of Kebbi state and prayed Allah to grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest.

Head of NAHCON Media Operations in Makkah, Muhammad Ahmad Musa, reported that Alhaji Takware in his response thanked the leadership of the commission for the visit and prayed for a very successful hajj operation.

Special supplication was made for the soul of the deceased, other pilgrims and for the country.

Those who accompanied the Makkah coordinator on the visit included NAHCON Saudi Liaison Officer, Ustaz Abubakar Lamin and some members of staff.
