The Sardauna Koro Babba, High Chief (Dr.) Enoch N. Fada, has commended the Director of the Directorate of Road Transport Services (DRTS), Dr. Bello Abdul-Lateef on the effective coordination of the vehicular traffic operations in the FCT.
The monarch, who gave the commendation when he visited the DRTS office recently, described Dr Abdul-Lateef as “a pragmatic administrator, doing wonderful things for the Federal Capital Development Authority and Nigerians.”
High Chief Enoch, who is also the Sarkin Fadan Talakawa, said “Apart from ensuring that the transportation system in the FCT works well, using the men and officers of the DRTS, the Directorate he heads is doing well in complimenting security surveillance in the city.”
He, therefore, urged the DRTS boss to continue to do his utmost best without sentiments, promising to assist him with monitoring and sensitisation of the youths in order to improve on the good job being done.
“As the leader of the youths in the whole of the 19 northern states, my duty is to help those on sensitive duties like Dr Bello Abdul-Lateef so that the country can move forward. We have no country than Nigeria; and FCT being the image of the entire country must be kept decent from all forms of menaces,” he said.
He also urged Nigerians to give their full support to the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in order to enjoy the full dividends of democracy, which citizens are craving for.
