The Nigerian Defence Headquarters (DHQ), Assessment Team, led by Air Vice Marshal MN Onyebashi, Sunday, expressed satisfaction and showered commendation on operational troops at various sectors under Operation Safe Haven (OPHS), in Plateau state, for their outstanding performance.
During a visit to the sectors, Onyebashi praised the troops’ resilience and fighting spirit, urging them to remain “intelligence-driven and vigilant,” in addressing security concerns across Joint Operations Area (JOA).
He charged troops to shun acts that could distract them from performing their duties diligently.
AVM Onyebashi also conveyed the Chief of Defence Staff’s (CDS) goodwill message, assuring troops that their welfare remains a top priority and promising continued logistical support to enhance OPSH’s activities.
In a statement by the Media and Information officer, OPHS, Major Samson Zhakom, said the team was received by the OPHS Chief of Staff on behalf of the Commander, Major General Folusho Oyinlola.
