The emir of Dass in Bauchi state Alhaji Usman Bilyaminu Othman has just cast his vote in the bye election taking place in the area for the state assembly seat that became vacant as a result of the assassination of the lawmaker representing the local government some months ago.
The emir shortly after casting his vote at the polling unit near his office charged the residents to conduct themselves peacefully through out the election.
He expressed delight that the exercise was currently taking place smoothly adding that voting has commenced in good time.
