Breaking: South-south APC leaders disown Eta, demand Oshiomhole’s removal

Contratry to reported claim credited to Hilliard Eta, Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the South-south, leaders of the party from the Niger-Delta region have demanded the removal of the embattled National Chairman of the ruling party, Adams Oshiomhole.

Addressing a news conference Monday in Abuja, the APC South-south leaders said all the claims made by Eta were his personal opinion, adding that the region’s leaders have resolved that Oshiomhole should be removed.

Speaking on behalf of the leaders, Chief Ray Morphy, said the region is fully in support of the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting slated for 17th of March.
