Arrested suspects in the killing of army general

Operatives of the Nigeria Police have reportedly arrested four suspects in connection with the death of the national chairman, Retired Members of the Nigerian Armed Forces, Brig. Gen. Harold Udokwere.

Blueprint recalls that Udokwere was murdered at his home, House, No 9 Sanga Street Sunshine Homes by Kabusa Junction Lokogoma, Abuja during a robbery attack.

Those arrested according to a text and video information circulating on social are: Ibrahim Rabiu ‘m’ 33 yrs old from Dala LGA Kano state, a resident at Rasha Apo Roundabout (2) Nafiu Jamil ‘m’ 33 yrs old from Tofa LGA Kano, another resident at Apo Pantekar (3) Aliyu Abdullahi ‘m’ 47 yrs old from Shinkafi LGA of Zamfara state and a resident at Apo Roundabout Abuja (4) Mohammed Nuhu ‘m’ 28 yrs old from Kumbotso LGA Kano state but resident at Apo primary school.

According to the information, the suspects have confessed to the heinous crimes of murder and armed robbery of the late General.

They stated that during the armed robbery incident, they murdered the retired General to prevent him from harming them with his pistols he brought out in self defence.

They also confessed to have stolen Laptops, and phones among other valuables from the deceased home, the trending video showed.
