Ganduje

Former governor of Kano state, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

The appointment comes just days after Ganduje formally resigned from his position as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The announcement of his new role was confirmed in a video posted on X by Gbenga Saka, the special adviser on digital media to the minister of aviation, Festus Keyamo, on Wednesday.

Ganduje’s replacement as APC acting National Chairman, Ali Bukar Dalori, has since assumed office.

The development marks a swift transition for the former governor from political party leadership to a key federal administrative role.
