Wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, has said that proceeds from her book launch would be dedicated towards bettering the living conditions of families of the embattled Chibok girls, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), charities and the over 40 Buni Yadi boys murdered by the Boko Haram terrorists.
Mrs. Buhari will make a public presentation of her book titled: “The Essentials of Beauty Therapy” at the State House Conference Centre, Abuja, tomorrow, to mark the second year anniversary of the kidnap of the Chibok girls and the gruesome murder of the over 40 secondary school boys from Buni Yadi community in Yobe state.
According to her, the book is an eloquent expression of the fact that the federal government is deeply concerned about the Chibok girls and the Buni Yadi boys who were earlier murdered by Boko Haram before the abduction of the Chibok girls.
The book, which brings to the front burner, the sad episode, is also a masterpiece on the intricate linkage between beauty and wellness, therapy and improving health conditions of our people.
