Bassa/Jos North rep candidate Baba Hassan takes medical outreach to villages

The former deputy speaker, Plateau State House of Assembly, Ibrahim Baba Hassan, has conducted free medical outreach where more than 150 people in Bassa LGA, of the state were treated.

Hon. Baba Hassan, a seating member of the House for almost 16 years, is also the All Progressives Congress (APC), candidate for Bassa/Jos North federal constituency, said “health is wealth.”

“Health is wealth, our efforts to bring succour to the less privileged, orphans, young and aged constituents of Bassa/Jos North is paramount having being the servant of the people for close to 16 years in the Plateau State House of Assembly.”

According to Hassan, with his capacity and experience as the Chairman House Committee on Local Governments and Chieftaincy Affairs, he fully understood the feelings, aspirations and basic needs of the people at the grassroot levels.

“My team of professional medical doctor arrived Rukuba Chiefdom/Binchi to continue with our free medical outreach fully sponsored Pro-Bono and was able to treat over 150 patients and attended to various medical predicaments which includes both major and minor surgeries,” he said.

Hon. Hassan assured that the effort is non stop and such health programmes that will improve health situations and touch the lives of the common man in the grassroot will continue.

“…I hope and promise you that when elected to represent the good people of Bassa/Jos North federal constituency… We shall advance and expand this gestures so as to reduce the issues of health challenges and disparities in our various communities,” he enthused.
