The global chairman of Tinubu/ Shettima 619 Coalition groups, Ambassador Abdulmumin Salau,  has joined millions of people to pray for Allah (SWT) to grant Alaja Abibatu Mogaji, President Ahmed Bola Tinubu’s mother Aljanah Firdsus.

She died a few years ago and was remembered in prayer last week by Ansaru-deen Mosque, Abuja.

A statement Wednesday in Abuja by Amb Salau reads: “Alhaja Abibatu Mogaji was a frontline woman leader whose sterling leadership trait was a shining example to millions of Nigerian women, a trail blazer and a great mobiliser of women as  her legendary feats are unequaled on issues that concern Nigerian women. Above all, she was humility personified.

“At our level at Tinubu/ Shettima 619 Coalition groups, we join other compatriots in praying for the soul of this great enigma to rest in Aljanah Firdsus.

“Prayers have always been the key for Al-mighty Allah   to show mercy and compassion to the ones he loves. As Muslim Ummah, we always know that every human soul must taste death, but fundamentally, our constant prayers for them will always be the link to call upon Allah (SWT) to forgive and show absolute mercy on them and grant them Aljanah Firdsus.

The statement added: “We are happy to say Ansarudeen Society of Nigeria has always been in vanguard for progressive front burner organising programmes and prayers for the unity, stability and general well-being of the Nigerian state and its people.”

We pray the leadership of Ansarudeen Society of Nigeria and millions of its members as well as all Muslim Ummah across the country will continue to move from strength to strength in their onerous task in nation building.

“AbdulMumin Salau is one of the  patrons of Ansarudeen Muslim Youth  Society of Nigeria who has contributed to the growth and development of the Ansarudeen Muslim Society of Nigeria and the well-being of its members globally in all its ramifications.”
