Agric sector requires regular government interventions – PAN

The national president of Poultry Association of Nigeria (PAN), Chief Ichie Sunday Ezeobiora, Wednesday, stated that the agriculture sector in Nigeria requires governments’ interventions at all times. 

Chief Ezeobiora stated that it is time for government at all levels in the country to prioritise agricultural development in Nigeria. 

The PAN president added that doing this will ensure a sustainable future for communities.

He added that agriculture remains one sector that government interventions are required as the sector deals with the critical food security issues. 

“By investing in agriculture, we are not only bolstering our economy but also creating jobs to improve the livelihoods of countless families. It is essential for governments at all levels to prioritise agricultural development to ensure a sustainable future for our communities,” he said.
