Adamawa state Poverty Alleviation and wealth creation Agency (PAWECA) has extended the deadline for the ongoing data capture for disbursements of 2bn Fintiri Business wallet Empowerment programme for 40,000 beneficiaries.
The exercise which which started last 24 June 2025, and expected to end Saturday 28 has now been extended to July 4, 2025.
This extension was contained in a press statement made available to journalists in sunday signed by the Director General of the agency Mr.Micheal Zira.
The statement noted that the decision to extends the dealine is in furtherance of the agency and the state government’s commitments to ensure all inclusive exercise where all beneficiaries are captured.
According to the statement, this is also inline with Fintiri administration mantra of ” Leaving no one behind and nothing untorched”
The DG expressed satisfaction with the massive turn out of people across the 21 local Governments and 226 electoral wards in the state, who continued to come out enmasse to participate in the exercise in a peaceful and orderly manner.
He further called on those who are yet to be captured to utilised this opportunity of the extension to get themselves captured so as to benefits from the empowerment programme aimed at supporting small businesses in the state and bringing succour to the people.
He commended Umaru for this life saving intervation and reiterated the commitment of the agency to ensure that all beneficiaries were captured and received their disbursement.
