Nigeria’s Super Eagles will open camp for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matchday five tie against Rwanda on Sunday in Kigali.

Our correspondent gathered that several of the player will fly directly to Kigali, Rwanda from their various bases while the Nigeria Football Federation(NFF)  is making arrangement to charter flight to Rwanda for the must win match.

Nigeria will welcome the Warriors of Zimbabwe to the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo four days later.

Head coach Eric Chelle released a 39-man provisional list for both games last week.

Chelle is expected to prune down the list to 23 this week.

The Super Eagles are still searching for their first win  in the qualifiers, after recording three wins and one draw from four games.

They occupy fifth position in Group C with three points.
