As Nigeria joins the world to mark this year’s Customer Service Week, the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Emmanuel Maribole, has called on the Ministry’s and aviation staff to “imbibe the attitude of providing efficient and effective services to Nigerians.”
He also urged them to develop the “spirit of team work, commitment and desire for customer satisfaction at all times.”
According to a statement signed by the information officer, Margaret Oyinboade, Thursday in Abuja, he said this at the customer service week organised by the Ministry through the Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department in Abuja.
He said the theme for this year was apt, “considering the need to build synergy, collaboration and work together as a government to provide efficient and effective services to Nigerians.”
Earlier, the Director, Reform Coordination and Service Improvement of the Ministry, Mr. Oladipupo Adetunji, in his welcome address, urged the staff to pay attention to the resource persons as their presentations will be impactful with requisite knowledge.
He encouraged staff to develop attitude needed to work as a team in promoting service delivery in the Ministry.
