The Zamfara chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has congratulated Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State on his victory at the Supreme Court.
This felicitation is contained in a statement signed by the state APC chairman, Alhaji Lawal Liman in Gusau on Monday.
Liman described the judgment as a victory not only to the APC and the people of the state but to all Nigerians.
“With the victory of Ganduje, the people of Kano State will continue to enjoy progressive leadership under Ganduje.
“The people of Kano State will continue to benefit from the various projects embarked upon by the APC-led administration in the state under Ganduje,” the statement said.
Liman called on the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to accept the judgment and cooperate with the Kano State Government to move the state forward.
The Supreme Court, on Monday, dismissed the application filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Alhaji Abba Yusuf, challenging the re-election of Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje in the 2019 governorship election. (NAN)
