Another Nigeria’s Super Eagles player, Alhassan Yusuf, is on the verge of joining the American Major League Soccer.
Defender Chidozie Awaziem a few weeks ago joined FC Cincinnati on a year deal with an option to extend.
According to the update from Belgium, Royal Antwerp has agreed a deal to sell midfielder Yusuf to New England Revolution.
Yusuf was instrumental to Antwerp winning the league in the previous season the performance earned him a call up to the national.
The reports further suggest that the deal will £3 million for 3 years .
Yusuf was part of the Super Eagles team to the 2023 African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
