Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago of Niger state has showered encomiums on the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alh. Abubakar Usman on his birthday, saying he has made a profound impact on his administration.

The governor stated this Monday in a congratulatory message signed by his chief press secretary, Bologi Ibrahim. 

He said, “The celebrant is a humble, committed, dedicated and reliable SSG.”

While appreciating God for the life of the SSG, Governor Bago said the celebrant deserved to be celebrated for his sacrifices and profound impacts to the present administration.

He said “the celebrant has a track record of good leadership and has so far demonstrated intellectual capacity and administrative competence as the SSG.”

He assured the SSG of his unflinching support to the discharge of his duties without hitches and prayed to Allah to grant the celebrant good health and more wisdom to continue his effective service to the state and humanit
