As preparation for the November 11 governorship election in Kogi state hots up, an All Progressives Congress (APC) supporter group, Abdul Obodo Youth Vanguard, has mobilised various support groups in the diaspora to Suleja, Niger state.
The group comprised supporters from the three senatorial districts in the state, came together to demonstrate their resolve to ensure the Kogi agenda, through the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo and Joel Oyibo as the governor and deputy governor becomes reality.
The guest speaker at the event, Dr Shaibu Omeiza Musari, commended the organisers for their wonderful job. He said the impressive turnout of various stakeholders and representatives of all ethnic groups “was a demonstration of the love that people of Kogi state have for the party’s candidate of the APC in the forthcoming election, Alhaji Usman Ododo.”
