Young entrepreneurs: Ooni to host Buhari, Tinubu

President Muhammadu Buhari, former governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu among others have been slated to attend this year’s Young Entrepreneurs of Nigeria (YEN) in collaboration with the Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.
The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday 9th December, 2017 in Abuja.
The group’s National President for YEN 2017, Chris Kohol, said the grand finale will gather Nigerian young entrepreneurs and youths at all stages of business development: business leaders, youth entrepreneurs, mentors, budding entrepreneurs, investors, and government officials to discuss and x-ray the challenges and solutions to youth entrepreneurship and empowerment in Nigeria to demonstrate YEN’s continued efforts and commitment in fostering youth entrepreneurship development in Nigeria.
According to Kohol speakers and special guests of the YEN 2017 grand finale activities includes, “His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, Chief Host of the ground breaking event and H.E Muhammadu Buhari, H.E. Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, H.E. Dr. Bukola Saraki, Sen. Godswill Akpabio, Dr. Raymond Asemakaha, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, Sen. George Akume, Barr. Nyesom Wike, Dr. Mike Omotosho, Dr. Nnaemeka Obiaraeri, Love Idoko, Adebola Williams, Daniel Richard, Jack Rich, Akinwunmi Ambode, Gov. Ganduje, Gov. Abubakar Mohammed, Ojikutu Ahmed among other top business and political leaders in Nigeria.”
Kohol also stated that the event will also empower some selected youths across the North-central, North-east and North-west region in the country.
“In this regard, the youths will receive free business funding/business tools through Young Entrepreneurs of Nigeria (YEN) and other YEN 2017 partners, free business websites, mentorship and special business training/capacity building to support start-ups and enable existing youth entrepreneurs boost their respective businesses across the country.
