WC: Aina elated to be part of Eagles success

Super Eagles new debutant Ola Aina is happy to be part of the Nigeria historic qualifi cation for the next year world cup just within the period he clocked 22 years.
Aina, who played at junior level for England but opted to represent fatherland at senior level, was handed his Nigerian debut on Saturday.
Aina was introduced with around 13 minutes left to play in the game, after injury led to the substitution of fi rst choice left full back Elderson Echiejile.
Th e on loan Chelsea defender was solid for the duration he was on for Nigeria, and almost bagged an assist but Victor Moses failed to turn home his low cross late into the game, which sealed Nigeria’s passage to the World Cup in Russia.
“He did pretty well.
He tackles well, joins the attack, has the heart for the big game and very calculating,” Rohr praised Aina at the post – match conference.
Shortly after the game he took to his twitter handle @ Aina2Ola and posted his joy at helping Nigeria qualify for the World Cup with a post which reads” We’re going to the World Cup “.
Few hours later, he posted another via same means expressing his delight once again, but this time around he thanked Alex Iwobi who scored the winning goal for Nigeria.
