Tinubu appoints InfraCorp lead developers of Nigeria’s evergreen city 

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Infrastructure Corporation of Nigeria (InfraCorp) as the lead arranger and developer of Evergreen City, Nigeria’s green industrial zone.

This was contained in a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelal, Sunday.

He said the organisation is tasked with the responsibility of selection of partners and consultants to undertake critical development activities, including project design, environmental impact assessments, feasibility studies, financial modeling and market engagement.

He said the organisation would also raise private funding for the development of the city and constituent projects.

He added that the organisation is also mandated to coordinate with partners, development institutions and other providers of capital and technical assistance, and report to the Supervisory Presidential Steering Committee on Project Evergreen.
