By Mohammed Yangida Lafi a Th ieves have broken into the residence of Nasarawa state correspondent of Leadership Newspaper, Donatus Nadi, carting away a laptop, Samsung galaxy notepad, phones and other valuables.
Narrating what happened to newsmen in Lafi a, Nadi explained that the thieves broke into his house at about 3am yesterday forcing their way after destroying the burglary proof. He said the thieves had a fi eld day pouring through his valuables as the sound of the generator could not allow anyone to hear what was going on.
Donatus pointed out that although his residence is located in the Polytechnic area around Ombi I, this was the fi rst time his house was broken into in over two years. He said offi cial report had been lodged at the Area Command Police division in Lafi a, but no arrest has so far been made
