An Adamawa All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholder, Mallam Hamisu Idris Medugu, has commended President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for appointing the pioneer Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, as Special Security Adviser of his administration.

Medugu, in a statement, said Ribadu is a product of loyalty and unflinching support to the party and Tinubu’s political ambition.

According to him, Tinubu has demonstrated a high level of wisdom by appointing the former anti-corruption czar to advise him on the matter of insecurity bedeviling the nation.

Medugu, while thanking President Tinubu for considering Ribadu worthy of the national assignment, congratulated the Adamawa APC bigwig for the deserved appointment.

He expressed confident that Ribadu is set to give his best on the job because he has a proven record of intelligence, hard work, and forthrightness.

“Thank you, Mr President, for appointing one of the intelligent Nigerians to help you pilot the affairs of this country. I know him to be a man with proven integrity, whose records of duty as a police senior officer speak well of him.

“I’m aware that the work of security adviser is never an easy one, but I’m equally certain Nuhu Ribadu will do his best on the job for the overall interest of the nation.

“Congratulations Sir, Adamawa state is proud of you, APC is proud of you. All the best as you work with the president on the issue of security,” Medugu said
