Soludo unveils estate for middle, high income earners in Anambra

Anambra State governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, Saturday, unveiled Golf Residency, a green and climate friendly estate situated at Amansea, Awka North Local Government Area.

According to Soludo, the estate with about 55 hectares which is within Awka capital territory, would provide improved, liveable and affordable accommodation for all especially the middle and high income earners.

The governor, represented at the unveiling by the State Commissioner for lands, Prof Ofonze Amucheazi, explained that the estate was Public Private Partnership (PPP) project with Rainbow Heritage group, a real estate firm with headquarters at Port Harcourt, Rivers state.

On her part, the Rainbow Heritage Group Commercial Director, Mrs Prinye Ngelale, hinted that the Golf Residency (TGR) was targeted at deserving hardworking people of Anambra State at home and in diaspora for comfort and style, in a serene and harmonious environment connected in a smart community.

Ngelale added that the estate would be divided in thematic clusters to enhance communal connectivity and neighbourliness, including playgrounds, centralised water distribution system with water treatment plants, secured perimeter fence, and vigilant security personnel with CCTV cameras, among others.

Contributing, the Director, Strategy and Planning, Rainbow Heritage Group, Mr Emeka Onwuocha, urged Investment into the estate because of what he called “quality and efficiency, among other mouthwatering gains in the asset now and in future.
