Release Nnamdi Kanu, Yul Edochie begs Tinubu

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has called upon President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to secure the release of the prominent leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

Edochie took to his Twitter account on Tuesday, to passionately appeal for President Tinubu’s intervention, emphasizing the urgency of the matter.

He wrote, “To our Leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, @officialABAT GCFR. The Jagaban,” Edochie tweeted.

“A man who has fought for democracy for 3 decades, A builder & supporter of men & women. My President, please release Nnamdi Kanu. A humble request from your son, Yul Edochie.”

Kanu has remained in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) despite the Court of Appeal judgment in Abuja granting Kanu’s discharge and acquittal on October 13, 2022.
