He believed that when talents were allowed to blossom with positive attitude inculcated, poverty could either be kicked out completely or reduced significantly, and, therefore, challenged Christian communities and every resident in Cross River to be part of the trade fair which is on-going in CCCI Headquarters in 8 miles, Calabar.
Isong also challenged Nigerians to imbibe principles of success in their day-to-day lives, and enumerated such principles to include diligence, patience, faith, prudence, hard-work, excellent spirit, determination and honest adding that those attributes could catapult a businessman to any height.

In his remarks, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO),  and Managing Director of Calabar-based Microfinance Bank – Davandy Finance, Chief Asuquo Ekpenyong, said there was no way a businessman would fail if he applied attributes mentioned by Isong.
Cross River state Commissioner for information, Mr Akin Richsett, in his presentation, urged youths to make themselves available “anytime such opportunity presents itself,” adding that programmes like the Trade Fair could become avenues for financial liberation.
