The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Zamfara state chapter has commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Security agencies and electorates for the successful, peaceful and hitch free bye election for Bakura Local Government State Assembly seat in which PDP won the election with landslide victory.
The state Chairman of the Party, Alhaji Tukur Danfulani, made the commendation at a press conference in Gusau Thursday.
He also commended the electorates for their mass turnout and vote for PDP in the last Saturday and Thursday bye election.
According to him, PDP in the state under the leadership of Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle will not relent in its efforts to ensure wellbeing of the good citizens of the state irrespective of their political differences.
