Oyo: Teachly platform to reshape educational landscape – Founder

Founder of Teachly Educational platform, Dr. Tokunbo Adekanla, Monday, disclosed that the platform is to reshape the nation’s educational landscape.

Dr Adekanla, who said this at the official launch of the pioneering educational platform in Ibadan, noted that it would be bringing new opportunities for teachers, personalised learning for students.

Stressing that it is dedicated to creating dynamic connections between passionate educators and eager learners, he said “Teachly aims to transform the way education is delivered, providing accessible, high-quality instruction and flexible earning opportunities for teachers.

“Teaching isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. We believe that every teacher has the power to make a lasting impact, and every student deserves personalised, high-quality instruction. Teachly is here to bridge that gap,” he said.

Dr Adekanla added, “For students, Teachly opens a world of possibilities. The platform offers customizable learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each student, moving away from the outdated ‘one-size-fits-all’ model. Students of all ages and backgrounds can connect with instructors who tailor their teaching styles, curriculums, and subject matter to match students’ specific needs and interests.

“The diverse range of classes includes core academic subjects and unique areas like language learning, test preparation, niche skills, and hobby-based courses.

Central to Teachly’s vision is a vibrant community of lifelong learners.”

Speaking, co-founder of Teachly’s Educational platform, Victor Olayemi, disclosed that the platform not only connects teachers and students but also fosters a supportive environment where individuals from various walks of life can share knowledge, collaborate, and inspire each other.

He stressed that this is achieved “by building a network of mentors and peers, Teachly promotes a culture of mutual growth and discovery, adding, “As we launch Teachly here in Ibadan, we are inviting everyone to be part of a movement that redefines education.”
