Over 100 traditional rulers (Obas) from Ede North/Ede South/Egbedore/Ejigbo Federal Constituency of Osun state weekend said chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Public Accounts,  Bamidele Salam, is the best the constituency has ever  produced.

The traditional rulers also endorsed incumbent governor of Osun state, Ademola Adeleke, for a second term in office.

The monarchs made the declaration at an end-of-year summit convened by Salam weekend, during which the lawmaker pointed out numerous developmental programmes implemented by Governor Adeleke in the last two years.

The lawmaker said the key achievements of the governor include road infrastructure, education, health, agriculture, and human development which positively impacted the lives of the people in the state.

A communique at the end of the summit was read by the Alawo of Awo, Oba Abdulrasak Taiwo Adegboye, who praised Governor Adeleke for his inclusive approach to governance.
