The Nigeria Football Premier League has rescheduled the Match day 3 fixtures involving Enugu Rangers and Enyimba due to their engagement in international competitions.
Rangers International home game against Bayelsa United will now be played on October 2, 2024, because the Flying Antelopes will travel to Angola to take on Sagrada Esperanca in a CAF Champions League second preliminary round return leg match. Rangers won the first leg in Uyo by a lone goal.
Enyimba will also host Akwa United in their own NPFL Match day 3 clash same date.
They are involved in a CAF Confederation Cup playoff with Etoile Filante from Burkina Faso.
The gubernatorial elections in Edo State has also caused Bendel Insurance home game against Shooting Stars to be shifted to also October 2.
