Nigeria’s pillar of sports Agu-Ejidike parleys FRCN, sure of enhanced relationship

The Nigeria’s pillar of sports, Chief Donatus Agu-Ejidike, has vowed to keep partnering with the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) in the area of grassroots sports development.

Agu-Ejidike who together with a prominent member of the office of the Nigeria’s pillar of sports, Bayour Issah, received the zonal director and members of his entourage, made the pledge during a courtesy visit in his office.

The visit was led by the zonal director of FRCN, North Central, Haruna Idris, accompanied by the General Manager, Harmony FM, Idofian, Adegboyega Olanrewaju, and other staffers from the office

In his remark, the general manager gave accounts of the good gestures Chief Agu-Ejidike has extended to the station, which included the donation of a standard Table Tennis board, with accessories, saying the station would remain eternally grateful.

In his appreciation, the Zonal Director spoke of the way Agu-Ejidike, is always in the national news, which speaks volume of his immense contributions to sports development in Nigeria.

He urged the Nnewi-born High Chief, not to relent, saying his philanthropic gestures was  worthy of emulation by all patriotic Nigerians.

Responding, Agu-Ejidike expressed gratitude for the visit by the zonal director and members of his entourage, and promised to work towards sustaining the relationship between him and FRCN.
