Nigeria’s Leke James bangs goals in Norway, now second top scorer, knocks on Super Eagles door

Nigerian Forward Leke James has continued to impress at his club Molde FK in Norway as second leading scorer in the top flight league.

The experienced striker is still rolling back the years after he notched his 16th goal for the season for table topping Molde just before the fifa window.

The club is currently topping the table with 53 points, five points above second-placed Bodo/Glimt.

Amidst his exploits, the 26 year-old said one of his greatest accomplishments would be to play for the  Nigeria National team.

“It’s something I have always hoped for, I believe with the experience I have been able  to gather over the years, there is a lot I can offer to the team.”

“The Super Eagles is one of the best teams in the world, I say this because Nigeria has an abundance of talent that if properly harnessed can surpass any team in the world, we have a lot of creative and outstanding players all over the world, I believe if we are given the opportunity we can make a difference,” he said.

Leke also said  he is looking forward to winning the Norwegian League as top goal scorer for Molde.
