NASFAT partners Kaduna on women conference

The Nastrul Lahil –Fathih Society of Nigeria (NASFAT), Kaduna state branch yesterday paid a courtesy visit to the office of the Special Adviser on Islamic Matters, Engr. Namadi Musa, ahead of the forth-coming women biennial international conference scheduled to hold early next year.
Chairman of the branch, Engr Muyideen Yusuf, who led the executive members to his office, said the visit became necessary in view of the need to partner with the state government in the hosting of the conference.
The three day international conference will boost the economy of the state and help to clear the misconception by some people that there is no peace in the North, especially with the presence of renowned Islamic scholars from different parts of the world, who would open up areas of collaborations with regards to the peace agenda of his Excellency, Governor Nasir El –Rufai.
Chairman Alkali the local organizing committee, Adekunle Adesanya said plans were in top gear for the hosting of the event.
Over 1000 participants from within and outside the country are expected in the Kaduna conference.
Chief Missioner of Kaduna branch, Imam Ma’arooph Raji, informed that the conference would also be hosted in Kaduna in 2018.
