NAHCON to partner IDB on staff training

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) in collaboration with Islamic Development Bank is to train NAHCON staff on capacity building.

The decision was reached at a meeting between representatives of the commission and that of IDB at the bank’s headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This was according to NAHCON deputy director information and publications media division, Fatima Muhammed Mustapha, who led the delegation.

She added that other areas of collaboration were also discussed with the bank to boost Hajj operation in Nigeria.

The commission’s delegation comprised of director North-east Zone, Zakari Ya’u Umar, leader of the delegation and deputy director information and publications, Fatima Muhammed Mustapha, and assistant director, special duties, Bashir Jazuli.
