Olympic Lyon have rejected offers from RC Lens and TSG Hoffeheim for Gift Orban.
Orban is expected to leave Lyon next month after he was excluded from the squad for many weeks.
According to Foot Mercato, Lens had an €8m bid rejected by Lyon, who are demanding €12m for the player.
It would be recalled that Lens also showed interest in the Nigerian last summer.
Bundesliga club Hoffenheim are more advanced on the deal having already sent two proposals, the last of which amounted to €10m.
Orban joined Lyon from Belgian Pro League side KAA Gent in January 2023.
He has failed to establish himself at the club due to the presence of Alexandre Lacazette and Georges Mikautadze.
