The League Management Company (LMC) has rescheduled five matches in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
A letter issued in Abuja yesterday on behalf of LMC chief operating officer,  Salihu Abubakar and copied to the concerned clubs showed that eight clubs were involved in the re-arrangement.
The week three match between Abia Warriors and Nembe City FC as well as the week eight encounter between Kano Pillars and Bayelsa United will now take place on June 11.

Similarly, the encounter between Bayelsa United and Giwa FC of Jos will hold in Bayelsa on June 15.
Meanwhile, the week 17 game between Kaduna United and Sunshine Stars FC of Akure has been rescheduled from May 28 to May 29.
According to the letter, this is as a result of the Flying Eagles friendly match with their Egyptian counterparts at the Ahmadu Bello stadium, Kaduna, scheduled to take place on May 28.

In another development, the match involving Sunshine Stars and El-Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri, earlier scheduled for May 31 will now take place on June 1.
The LMC assured the clubs of adequate security while it called on fans to always abide by the rules guiding the game.
