Police in Lagos have arrested a 35-year old man, Femi Afolabi, for allegedly defiling his three biological daughters by sexually penetrating their private parts with fingers.
Our correspondent reports that the incident happened at Akoronfayo Street, off Fadeyi Road, Onipanu, Lagos, where they reside.
The victims, within the ages of 9, 8 and 5 years, were severely molested by their father by tempering with their private parts whenever their mother was not around and he warned them not to tell her or anyone about what he was doing to them.
When they were unable to endure it, they told their mother everything and she confronted her husband over the allegation by the children and he seriously assaulted and injured her in the process.
The matter was reported to the Police at Ilupeju Division and he was arrested and detained at the Police Station for interrogation over the alleged offence.
During interrogation, he was said to have initially denied but when his children confronted him before the Police, he became speechless and could not deny any longer.
