In an effort to create more jobs for rapid economic development, Kogi state Governor, Capt. Idris Wada, has travelled out of the country to keep an appointment with some foreign investors.
A statement by the Special Adviser to the governor on Media and Strategy, Mr. Jacob Edi, said Wada jetted out to the United Kingdom through the Nnamidi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, early yesterday.
He added that while in abroad, the governor would hold discussions with potential investors, particularly in the area of cattle rearing to boast the agriculture revolution of the state.
The statement further revealed that the governor is expected back in the country in about a week’s time.
