Kidnapped Imam regains freedom in Ondo

The kidnapped Chief Imam of Uso community in Owo local government area of Ondo State, Ibrahim Bodunde Oyinlade, has been released.

The cleric was released after his family allegedly paid N2m ransom to the abductors.

Recall that the cleric was kidnapped on Saturday while working at his farm.

Sources close to the family revealed that he was released on Sunday evening along Owo-Akure Highway.

Police authorities are yet to confirm the latest development.
