Kebbi’s new Head of Service seeks media cooperation for success 

The newly appointed Head of Service for Kebbi state, Alhaji Malami Muhammad Shekare, has urged media practitioners to give him the necessary support and guidance in attaining a vibrant, robust and dignified civil service in the state as the number one chief civil servant.

Shekare made the appeal, Monday, when the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity, Yahaya Sarki led journalists to congratulate him on his appointment in his office, Birnin Kebbi.

The Head of Service said journalists had always been his working partners throughout his career in the civil service which facilitated his success and excellence.

“I am thankful to you for your friendliness and guidance over the years, I solicit for continuity of such cooperation to serve as shinning beam to the attainment of the policy thrust of incumbent administration of Governor Nasir Idris of uplifting the wellbeing of the workforce.

“Endeavour to give me necessary sense of direction towards achieving this target objective, I am always receptive”, Malami remarked.

Earlier, the Special Adviser on media and publicity, Mallam Yahaya Sarki, on behalf of all working journalists in Kebbi, congratulated Malami Muhammad Shekare on his appointment as substantive Head of Service.

“We are here to rejoice with you and assure you of our unwavering commitment to work in partnership with you to attain the goal of excellence in the civil service in consonance with the vision and mission of our leader, Governor Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu”.

“Journalists have confidence in your capacity to deliver, we pray Allah to provide you with the requisite wisdom and health to perform optimally and creditably”, Yahaya Sarki said.
